The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Loved the convenience of billing everything to the room. The spa service was excellent, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage and facial. The 

First impression as entering was nice. Interesting apartments contructions around the main big pool remembering of a nice village. Unfortunatey too many badsides.

Old style building wirh no lifts. Extremely embarrasing to watch the porter carry our cases up 3flights of stairs while we have to walk up them behind him. Poor external floor maintenance.. Spa is badly maintained with cracked glass roof and full of dirty linen on the floor (no cleaning people around. Faulty showers and no showergel shampoo or conditioner. It should be closed and completely renewed. Pity. Restaurant service closes at 2pm , (Water pool looks transparent but water has strange color). Place no good for couples, perhaps just for conferences.

Everything was pleasant, no reason to complain. If you want to visit Valentino Club within just 15 minutes walk, this hotel is a good place;))

Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with a balcony for enjoying drinks and room service. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a variety of pools with thermal waters. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the city center. 

Hotel has nice area, rooms are located in the small blocks around 2 big pools. Nice open restaurant by the pool side, comfortable lounges. Mostly there were women over 50 in the hotel, spending time on the coaches close to pool.

This hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel - 3 stars seems more appropriate. The infrastructure is way too old and I found the staff unmotived to work and not smiley at all. At check-in they did not give us any news at our arrival - they gave us the keys and that's it. Regarding the hotel a bit more in details, if you are lucky you can get spacious room and decent bathroom, but according to the room they give you, you might be extremly surprised!! Some points that we found gross : - the lady cleaning the room was smoking while cleaning - they were some cobweb - the keys of my room was opening my parents room as well! - all the surroundings of the swimming pool was not cured (many leafs, etc) - for the people using the Spa area, you will notice that it is extremly noisy for a place were you are supposed to relax and the staff do not really listen to you and try to sell you what they want. Also, be informed that few things are at additional cost, like the towels for the swimming pool. You will also need to buy a cap for your head if you wish to swimm. Internet was still free but they may start to charge EUR 3 or 5 per hour since next year. Questo hotel non merita di essere un hotel a 4 stelle - 3 stelle sembra più appropriato. L'infrastruttura è vecchia e abbiamo trovato il personale sfaticato e non soridenti. Al check-in non ci hanno dato nessuna informazione - ci hanno dato le chiavi e basta. Per quanto riguarda l'alberghoel un po più in dettaglio, se si è fortunati si può avere una camera spaziosa e bagno decente, ma secondo la camera che vi danno, potrebbe essere estremamente sorpresi! Alcuni punti che abbiamo trovato lordi: - La donna delle pulizie della camera era di fumare durante la pulizia - C'erano delle piccole ragnatele - Le chiavi della mia camera aprivana anche quella della camera a canto!

my recent stay at Continental was exceptional. The beautiful pools and spa services provided a relaxing experience. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and the option to charge everything to the room made for a hassle-free

Staff was rude, restaurant was way overpriced, our TV, Phone, and Fridge did not work in our room and they didn't fix it.

The location is really charming, especially in the evening when you can take a leisurely 25-minute stroll right into the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including 

Gorgeous property with friendly staff, beautiful pool, and stunning foliage. Plentiful breakfast buffet and delicious drinks. Short walk to the center with bus options available. Fantastic time had here. 

We had a great time at this hotel during our New Year's stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, which we appreciated. The hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to the port and town. 

Me encantó la cercanía a un aeropuerto en una zona tranquila y residencial. Además, este hotel está ubicado en una zona segura. Las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas. El desayuno fue delicioso y el personal fue amable 

We loved the well-maintained gardens that surrounded the hotel. The different pools on offer were also great, especially the 25m outdoor pool which was perfect for swimming laps. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for
